2030 – The Shadow Agenda
Agenda 2030 is a non-binding UN declaration that aims at:
reducing poverty
access to education and healthcare
environmental protection
sustainable energy
equal rights
In my view, these are the “good intentions”… or perhaps, one could say the “pretexts” used to achieve:
1. Centralization of global power
Supranational bodies (the UN, large foundations, multinational corporations) gaining excessive influence over national policies.
2. Technological surveillance
The digital transition (digital IDs, tracking systems, AI) that could lead to forms of social control.
3. Control of resources
The risk that global policies on energy, agriculture, and the environment may benefit economic giants at the expense of small producers.
4. Influence of economic elites
A restricted group of billionaires and technocrats able to steer global decisions through foundations, investments, or lobbying.
5. Reduction of national sovereignty
“Binding” global objectives that could reduce the freedom of individual states to decide for themselves.
There’s a wind blowing…
through darkened glass,
in nameless rooms…
where a few decide for the many,
and no one ever sees them.
This biped wandering across the world,
sometimes lost in the uncertain steps
of everyday life…
sometimes adrift
in the blood-stained streets of a planet
he exploits, devours,
chasing his idols:
financial interests, power,
dominion over others.
Innocent blood opens before his steps,
for one single purpose:
weapons and wars.
Faceless profiteers
toasting on the suffering of the last —
poor souls hung by executioners
on the beams of indifference,
hypocrisy, and well-crafted good intentions.
They live in lies,
in deception,
in shadowed temples…
worshipping the Beast.
And here we are,
watching the sky turn grey,
while a future decided elsewhere
falls upon us like a divine decree.
Agenda of Shadows…
carved by a faceless elite
that speaks of redemption
but fears our breath.
Agenda of Shadows…
where the people disappear,
and tomorrow is a boundary
we are never allowed to cross.
This biped,
a proud animal who believes he’s eternal,
turns the wind wherever he pleases
so everything flows back into his own pockets.
He starves entire populations,
redraws borders,
decides destinies…
He sketches the future of humanity
according to the interests of the Elite,
those petty lords hiding
behind false promises of peace,
of well-being,
of progress for generations to come.
And while they preach freedom,
they build invisible walls
made of codes, of numbers,
digital identities…
chains of light that glitter
only to mask the yoke.
Do you see them?
The billionaires of the new century…
prophets of global order,
glass-smile faces,
hands stained with silence.
They say, “It’s for your own good… trust us.”
But who signed to hand over the world
to those who’ve never known hunger
nor the weight of ruins?
Agenda 2030…
a perfect title
for a book written by others
on everyone else’s skin.
Agenda of Shadows…
written in tongues of glass,
amid secret councils
and skies we are forbidden to see.
Agenda of Shadows…
where humanity walks,
dragging its destiny
like a chained shadow.
But every shadow fears the light…
and just one spark —
only one —
is enough to set the sky on fire.
Maybe one day
the people will raise their eyes,
and the glass castle
will shatter
under the weight of truth.
